Pork & Mustard Sausage

A good mustard flavour gives these sausages a bit more bite than the usual. We make our pork and mustard sausages in house with free range pork. Cook them slowly in a pan or in the oven, turning often, until golden and cooked through. They are good with buttery mash and braised red cabbage, or with a creamy sauce and a spoonful of grain mustard on the side.
