Pork Steaks

Pork steaks are a quick, easy cut for a weeknight supper. Ours are free-range, from within a 20-mile radius of the shop. Season them and fry or grill for four to five minutes each side until cooked through, then rest for a couple of minutes. They are good with a mustard cream sauce, or marinated in garlic, honey and soy for the barbecue.
