Rump Steak

Rump steak has a firmer bite than fillet and plenty of flavour, which makes it a favourite for anyone who likes a proper chew. Fry it in a hot pan or grill it, medium-rare to medium, then rest it for a few minutes. Slice it thinly across the grain for steak sandwiches or salads, or serve it whole with chips.
