Pesto Chicken
Free range chicken in bacon and pesto
Our pesto chicken is free-range chicken wrapped in bacon, with a herby fresh pesto sauce. It is a ready-to-cook supper that needs little more than a side dish. Bake it in a hot oven for around 25 to 30 minutes until the bacon is crisp and the chicken is cooked through, then rest briefly. Serve with new potatoes, or tagliatelle and a green salad.
