5kg Mince

This 5kg pack of mince is for big-batch cooking and for filling the freezer. Brown it in batches, then turn it into Bolognese, chilli, cottage pie or lasagne sauce and freeze the cooked portions. You can also shape it into burgers or meatballs and freeze them raw, with baking paper between each.
