Chicken Kiev

Our chicken Kiev is stuffed with homemade garlic butter, then breadcrumbed twice for a crisp, golden finish. It is free-range chicken, made by us at the shop. Bake it in a hot oven for about 25 to 30 minutes, until golden and cooked through, and rest it for a couple of minutes so the butter does not run out. Serve with new potatoes, peas or a crisp salad.
