Fillet Steak

Fillet is the most tender cut of beef, and our fillet steak is dry-aged for depth of flavour and fully trimmed, so it is ready to cook. [CHECK: beef origin and dry ageing time] It is lean and refined rather than rich, so keep it simple. Season well, sear in a hot pan for a few minutes on each side and rest it before serving. We can also leave it whole if you would like to cut your own.
