Pork & Leek Sausage

Leek brings a mild, savoury flavour to our free-range pork in this sausage, which we make in-house. It is a good all-rounder for a weekend breakfast or a family supper. Fry or grill the pork and leek sausages slowly over a medium heat, turning them often, until golden and cooked through. Serve with creamy mashed potato and buttered cabbage, or bake them in a tray with roast vegetables.
