Hot & Spicy sausages are for people who like a bit of heat. We make them in-house with free-range pork. Cook them gently under the grill or in the oven so the outside does not catch before the middle is done. Try one in a bun with fried onions and a cool dip, or chop them into a pasta sauce or chilli.
