Beef Burger

Our traditional beef burgers are seasoned with red onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper, and come in two sizes. The 4oz suits children, lighter appetites or anyone wanting room for the trimmings, while the 6oz is the one for a heartier meal. Cook on the barbecue, grill or in a griddle pan: around four minutes each side for the 4oz, five to six for the 6oz, until cooked through with no pink. Serve in a toasted bun with salad and cheese.
