Unsmoked Streaky

Unsmoked streaky bacon, cut thick the way a traditional butcher should. Streaky comes from the belly, so it has more fat running through it than back bacon, which means it crisps up nicely in the pan or under the grill. Use it for a proper fry-up or a BLT, or wrap it around chicken breasts, sausages or a roast. It is also handy chopped into lardons for pasta, soups and casseroles.
