Free range pork
Our pork is free range and comes from farms within 20 miles of the shop.
Dry aged steaks
Our steaks, including fillet and sirloin, are dry aged for a deeper flavour.
Made in house
We make our sausages here with free range meat, along with our kievs, stuffings and katsu sauce.
Wild game
Our venison and pheasant are local wild game from Alton.
